Abstract
The current study aims to assess the level of "job stress, job satisfaction, and organisational commitment" among employees in banking industry. The study seeks to ascertain the relationship between the working staff of selected banks in Bhubaneswar (Orissa) and their level of engagement with their organisations. This topic is intended to discuss the research methodology used to achieve the research objectives; it includes the problem statement and investigation, research design, questionnaire development, and statistical techniques used for data analysis.
