Effect of Digital Marketing on Consumers Behaviour

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of digital marketing in consumer buying decision and to discover that the consumers are aware of digital marketing and the digital plate influence in their purchase decision. The buying pattern of consumer is changing at a faster rate in the customer oriented market environment. Consumer behavior feel differs when it comes to the product, price, features, quality, packaging, buying behavior, status, generation, age of the customer etc. Consumer buying behavior in respect of digital shopping was studied using different socio-economic variables. . As a result digital marketing have positive impact on consumer buying behavior, traditional marketing soon should be shifted to digital marketing. So the present study made an effort to reveal the impact of digital marketing on customer purchase decision..
