This paper aims to talk about the history, characteristics, uniqueness, standards, and case study, of a Boutique hotel. As the market of the boutique hotel is very competitive and that travelers from all over the world prefer. The paper also reviews the research papers which are useful to complete study about this topic and help while designing and planning. Case studies also reviewed which are sustainable, environmental friendly, energy efficient and energy saving. This research also makes us familiar with the space efficiency and flexibility in the work space, considering the possible scope to make the space more user friendly. The paper also reviews the material that could be used and are eco-friendly. As there are various energy saving concepts and parameters which can be incorporated at the time of planning, designing, construction and executive stage to have energy efficiency in buildings.
