The electric bike motor’s velocity controller controls the speed of the vehicle. It essentially uses a microcontroller to convert the incoming input from the throttle which is actuated manually into electrical signal to efficiently control the speed of the electric motor. The controller here is implemented for the vital efficient energy transfer depriving the system of losses and hence co-operating to increase the battery life and range of the electric bicycle. The MOSFETs are used as drivers in the circuit to crucially drive the power to the motor without delay. The contemplation done for selecting such a powerful microcontroller is due to the additional features such as GPS, Display, Monitoring and healthcare, etcetera. The overall performance is critically determined by the design and implementation of an electric bike motor speed controller. The motor delivered expected speed control without any delay.
