TRANSFORMING AND TRANSMUTING SKILL THROUGH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY- A FUTURISTIC ASSESSMENT

Abstract

Skill is important for evolving job trends. So, to adapt to those jobs we need dynamic skills, which are not easy to learn through a physical medium. So to learn the dynamic skill, technology is used as the intermediary between the learners and the giver of the skill. Now we are in the 4th industrial revolution, which stresses more on the technology-oriented aspects, the motto is to strengthen learning, the willingness to learn and the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn around the current and future workforce. The technology will be used in the nook and corner of the sectors to give the best output. Automation has been included in the major sector to minimize the cost. Likewise, technology will play a crucial role in the learning process as well as the medium of delivering the skill to the required person. Automation will take over the millions of people who are depending on the work which is done by automation. To protect the job, the person needs to upgrade the skills associated with the job, that he is dependent on or change the job where he can acquire the skills related to the new job. How the skill is thought to the learners, the difficulties faced by the learners with technology and without technology in the learning process of new skills, and the future approaches that will be used in the process of teaching a skill to the learners. The approaches that to teach a skill will be a dynamic way to enhance the learning experiences. India initiated a movement called Digital India, to use technology in every sector of the environment to fulfill the present demand.
