Title

STRESS RELIEVING FOODS AND HERBS IN AYURVEDA

Abstract

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It takes a whole-body approach to health and well-being, and emphasizes the importance of diet, lifestyle, and herbs in promoting balance and harmony. Stress is a common problem in today's world, and Ayurveda offers a number of natural ways to help manage it. Some of the most effective Ayurvedic stress-relieving foods and herbs include chamomile, pennywort (Brahmi), Ashwagandha, mint, and lavender. In addition to these specific herbs, there are a number of other foods that can help to reduce stress. These include nuts and seeds, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. By incorporating stress-relieving foods and herbs into your diet, and making lifestyle changes such as getting enough sleep and exercising regularly, you can help to reduce stress and improve your overall health and well-being.
