Title

BES-256: A Hybrid Cryptographic Algorithm for secure ECG data transmission and classification using CNN

Abstract

The proposed system suggests using cryptographic and machine learning algorithms as an efficient means of access control in healthcare systems based on the IoMT and classification of heartrate. One such algorithm is Blowfish, which generates a key and used to encrypt and decrypt the data value, and ECDSA is used to encrypt the Blowfish key value. The resulting encrypted data is sent to the hashing algorithm known as SHA256 based on the cipher text value, by this process the data integrity is assured. The decrypted data is then classified using a CNN technique to determine the class label for the data. Since, high-security algorithms were deployed confidentiality and availability are also ensured, which protects sensitive information from implantable devices in the server like beebotte and strengthens healthcare systems by improving their services. This proposed work carried out to be more secure and less risk against various known attacks. Through comprehensive experimental analysis and simulation results, this proposed work had withstood many underlying protocols for the safety of the details about the patients. In addition to that we use machine learning algorithms to detect the condition of the heart and predicts the type of heart diseases if exists. Real time ECG data are also collected with the help of AD8232 sensor and Arduino kit and is further encrypted and transmitted over a cloud beebotte server and ML Algorithms like CNN are performed over the decrypted data to classify the ECG data. The final classified report is shown to the patient as well as the doctor
