Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the landscape of marketing by enabling businesses to engage with customers more effectively, personalize offerings, and optimize decision-making processes. This paper explores the intersection of marketing and AI, focusing on emerging trends and future implications. Through a detailed literature review, it examines key applications such as predictive analytics, conversational AI, and hyper-personalization. Additionally, this study addresses challenges such as ethical considerations and data privacy concerns.
