Abstract

গল্প শোনার আগ্রহ মানুষের চিরকালের। আর সেই আগ্রহের পেছনে কাজ করে অজানাকে জানার এবং অদেখাকে দেখার ইচ্ছা এবং সেই অভিজ্ঞতার মাধ্যমে শিক্ষা ও আনন্দ লাভ। সৃষ্টির সেই আদিকাল থেকেই মানব মানবীর ক্ষেত্রে প্রকৃতির বিরুদ্ধে, বন্যপ্রাণীর বিরুদ্ধে বেঁচে থাকার সংগ্রাম লক্ষ্য করা যায়। তাই শিকারের মাধ্যমে খাদ্য সংগ্রহ এবং সূর্যের আলো তখন গল্পের বিষয়বস্তু রূপে দেখা দিল। আদি মানবের কাছে সূর্য যে আশীর্বাদ স্বরূপ, তা লক্ষিত হয় প্রাচীন ভারতীয় সাহিত্যে।
