Title

Effect of mixed convection flow of a Jeffrey nanofluid in a vertical channel with slip

Abstract

Mixed convective flow of a Jeffrey nanofluid in a vertical channel with the effect of heat source/ sink, velocity slip, thermal conductivity variation and wall concentration variation is investigated. Exact solutions are obtained for dimensionless temperature, nanoparticle fraction and the velocity field. It is observed that the temperature of the fluid increases with increase the source or sink parameter. The wall concentration ratio decreases the rate of nanoparticle volume fraction. When the temperature ratio parameter ( ), wall concentration ratio parameter ( ), slip parameter ( ), Jeffrey parameter ( ) tends to zero our results are good in agreement with the result of Michael O. Oni and Bagant K. Jha [21].
