Title

An Empirical Study on Pre and Post Covid-19 Changing Consumer Behaviour in Offline and Online Shopping in Kullu District Himachal Pradesh

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumer buying behaviour towards online and offline shopping in Kullu district Himachal Pradesh and identity the factor affecting online shopping. The variables that influence consumer buying behaviour toward online and offline shopping grouped together based on commodities and trends The study highlighted consumer attitude towards offline and online shopping and their product preference on both the mode. This research paper mainly focus on online and offline customers and their buying behaviour in Kullu district. Descriptive type research design was applied in the study. Data collected through questionnaries. It is easy to understand the consumer behaviour through a self-constructed questionnarie of 200 respondents. The structured questionnaire collected data was analysed through using excel and various statistical tools. Finding of the study were derived from the data analysis and required suggestions are given.
