Title

Troubleshooting of the D-Series Laser Coder Marking System with BCP7 Controller: A Comprehensive Solution to Beverage Production Lines

Abstract

Laser Marking Machine LMM is the most common coding equipment on product packaging lines. These machines are commonly used for their tamper resistance and environmentally friendly characteristics. The D-Series laser marking systems are designed and built in accordance with international standards and other technical specifications, which are to be observed. The equipment conforms to current technology and approved safety requirements. The safety standards, however, can only be achieved if all intended and required measures have been taken and are constantly observed. It is part of the operator’s duties to plan these measures and check their continuing implementation. The D-Series LMM has been developed and designed for fully automated marking of packaging materials and products by use of laser radiation. The troubleshooting of the D-Series laser machines is discussed in this paper.
