Artificial Intelligence is undoubtedly one of the most recent essentials to mankind. While it comes with a lot of potential dangers as well, it indeed hampers the creativity of humans. This paper shall majorly throw light on the different types of intellectual property to get a brief idea of one of the major themes of the same. It will also elucidate on the legal implications of AI generated content revolving around the fabric of Intellectual Property. Further, it shall also analyze the latest cases in the area of AI and IPR. It shall also discuss more about the future trends in this and emerging technologies in this respective area. By the end of this, the question regarding ownership and legal implications of an AI generated content shall be addressed.
