Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming supply chain management and logistics by upending old paradigms and bringing in a new era of responsiveness, efficiency, and optimization. An enormous revolution is occurring throughout the supply chain ecosystem as businesses all around the world use AI technologies. By automating and improving repetitive processes like order processing, route planning, and inventory management, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions are simplifying logistics operations. Due to the large time and financial savings that have come from this, firms are now able to run more effectively. The increasing integration of AI into logistics and supply chain management has brought to light ethical concerns around data privacy, security, and responsible AI deployment. In order to establish and preserve confidence in their AI-powered systems, organizations need to carefully weigh these factors. The sample design used in the study is a convenience sampling strategy. Using a 72-respondent sample size. Both primary and secondary methods were used to obtain the data for this investigation. SPSS 22.0 is used to analyze the study's results.
