This study investigates the impact of the Aujar Kit, Food Kit, and Supply Program on rural development in the Hazaribag District, Jharkhand. The program aims to enhance agricultural productivity, nutritional security, and socio-economic conditions. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data were collected through surveys, and qualitative insights were gathered via interviews and focus group discussions. Descriptive and inferential statistics reveal significant improvements in agricultural productivity, nutritional health, and household income. The use of Aujar Kits was positively correlated with increased productivity, while Food Kits substantially improved dietary diversity scores, BMI, and hemoglobin levels. The supply chain efficiency was highlighted by a 95% delivery accuracy rate and high beneficiary satisfaction. Socio-economic outcomes showed notable increases in household income and school enrollment rates, alongside improved self-reported health status. Despite these successes, challenges such as occasional shortages and the need for increased awareness were identified. The study concludes that the program effectively supports rural development but recommends tailored interventions to address demographic variations and enhance overall impact. These findings contribute to the broader understanding of rural development strategies and offer practical implications for policy-makers and practitioners aiming to improve rural livelihoods.
