Soon, the integration of Generative AI into the software development life cycle will revolutionize how applications are imagined, developed, tested, and deployed. This paper will discuss how the software development life cycle can be automated using Generative AI and improve on the areas that involve code generation, testing, and deployment. Here, methodologies such as artificial intelligence take over the process, minimizing the impact of manual work and increasing accuracy and speed. The generative AI’s capability to write superior quality code and perform testing and deployment activities helps the development teams reduce development time frames. It is likely to yield better and more reliable software products. This approach is a stark revolution in software engineering as it provides a smooth, selective, and intelligent execution process from the design stage to implementation.
