Title

A Comprehensive Framework for Secure Biometric Authentication and Creative Image Pattern Generation

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive framework aimed at enhancing both security and innovation in biometric authentication, image pattern text generation, and object recognition. The primary emphasis is on elevating user authentication through a multi-step process that utilizes fingerprint data, blockchain technology, and advanced image processing techniques. The proposed biometric authentication algorithm initiates by extracting fingerprint features through image processing, followed by secure processing and hashing using the Blake-2b algorithm. Integration with blockchain technology establishes a unique user identity securely stored within the blockchain. Subsequent user verification involves capturing and processing presented fingerprints, with authentication based on a comparison with the stored blockchain identity. Simultaneously, the research introduces an algorithm for image pattern text generation, enabling users to select an image and pinpoint a specific region within it. By extracting pixels from the chosen area and employing object recognition algorithms, the system classifies and identifies objects, ultimately generating a unique text pattern based on the recognized objects. The fusion of image processing, object recognition, and pattern generation presents an innovative approach to user-defined image patterns. The object recognition algorithm, a crucial element of the framework, acquires image data from user-selected regions. Through preprocessing, feature extraction, and object classification using machine learning or deep learning, the algorithm identifies and categorizes objects within the designated image region. This process contributes to the overall robustness of the biometric authentication and image pattern text generation processes. The proposed framework showcases a holistic approach to user authentication and image-based pattern generation, prioritizing security, uniqueness, and user-defined preferences. The integration of blockchain technology ensures the integrity and immutability of user identities, while image pattern text generation offers a creative and personalized method for user identification. The object recognition algorithm enhances the system's adaptability and accuracy by leveraging advanced techniques in image analysis and classification. This research establishes the groundwork for a sophisticated and secure authentication system with diverse applications in user verification and personalized content generation.
