Title

Review on Implementation of Evidence Collection System For Vehicle : BlackBox

Abstract

This paper provides a practical and affordable way for gathering real-time vehicle data and archiving it for later use. This study presents the design and implementation of an Arduino Uno ATmega328 microcontroller-based black box system for a car. The Arduino Uno ATmega328 microcontroller and several sensors, such as a GPS, GSM module, ultrasonic sensor, temperature sensor, seat belt sensor, and EPROM, were used in the construction of this system. It makes use of a Global Positioning System (GPS) module to get the vehicle's current location and a Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) module to send the owner or user a short message service (SMS) containing the vehicle's current location at the moment of an accident. Any GPS visualizer, such as Google Maps, can be used to see the movement of the car based on the data that is recorded in EPROM from the sensors and modules.
