By reevaluating admission criteria, providing targeted financial aid, and implementing mentorship programs, policymakers and educational institutions can dismantle existing obstacles. Curriculum reform is essential in creating an educational environment that respects cultural diversity, while the cultivation of inclusive campus cultures fosters a sense of belonging. Additionally, leveraging technology for accessible learning materials and online mentoring programs can extend educational opportunities. This research underscores the collective responsibility to create an equitable higher education landscape, where diversity is celebrated, and every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
