Aim: Impact of gender, age and stages of HIV on death anxiety among persons living with HIV/AIDS in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh state. Objectives: To assess the impact of gender, age and stages of HIV on death anxiety among persons living with HIV/AIDS. Sample: The subjects of the present study are drawn HIV/AIDS persons in ART and ICTC centers in Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh State. Tool: Death anxiety scale (TDAS) developed by Giridhar P. Thakur and Manju thakur (1986) was used. Design: There are three independent variables in the investigation and each variable is further classified into two, a 2 × 3 × 4 factorial design was employed. Statistical Analysis: Mean, SD and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) were calculated. Conclusions: Female are high death anxiety than male and Subjects of 36-45 years are high death anxiety than the subjects of 26-35 years and There is no significant impact of stages of HIV on death anxiety among persons living with HIV/AIDS.
