Enriching capital structure and ensuring prudent financial decisions are the main goals of financial management. The business financial management can achieve the ideal capital structure by using the right debt and equity combination. Finding the right mix between owned and owed capital is crucial when deciding on a capital structure. One widely acknowledged problem is financial leverage, sometimes referred to as the "Double-edged Sword." It can increase corporate value, improve financial performance, and maximise benefits to shareholders. Because of this, the effects of financial leverage must be carefully taken into account.
