The purpose of this study is to identify the attitude of employees towards monetary incentives with reference of private sector bank in Haryana. Data has been gathered through the structured questionnaire. The data was collected from 200 employees. The descriptive analysis, T- test and ANOVA is used for data analysis. From the findings of the present study, it is concluded that male respondents perform slightly high when the bank provides them with fringe benefits. Male employees feel more motivated and perform better when they get loan benefits at low interest rates. From the age group of 18-25 years respondents are highly agreed on that performance based monetary incentives motivate the employees to perform efficiently than the other age group. Post graduate and other respondents get motivated more to perform good at the job when salary and other monetary benefits are paid regularly, employees always want financial security. The study also found that graduate respondents highly agreed on that employee welfare facility provided are helpful in getting best out of the employees, employee perform better when the bank provides them with fringe benefits (an extra thing that is given to an employee) and employees feel motivated and perform better when they get loan benefits at low interest rates.
