The bank faces potential challenges in maintaining profitability, which can be attributed to internal factors such as a decrease in net interest income and an increase in non-interest expenses. Additionally, the banking industry is susceptible to various risks and vulnerabilities, including macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, and internal risks. Therefore, it is essential for banks to have effective risk mitigation strategies, including diversification of the loan portfolio, stress testing, and strong corporate governance practices. Continuous monitoring and adaptation are also crucial for navigating the dynamic industry landscape and maintaining a strong financial performance.
