This study, titled "Mental Health Challenges and Resilience Among Academicians: An Overview," aims to explore the mental health challenges faced by academicians and their resilience levels within the academic environment. A structured questionnaire incorporating Likert scale items was administered to a diverse sample of academicians from various educational institutions. The study's findings, based on simple percentage analysis, reveal the prevalence and intensity of mental health challenges among academicians, highlighting the specific areas of concern. Additionally, the research examines the effectiveness of coping strategies and support systems within academia in fostering resilience. The results provide valuable insights into the dynamic interplay between mental health challenges and resilience among academicians, shedding light on the need for tailored interventions and support mechanisms to promote their well-being in the demanding academic landscape.
