Title

Misuse of Authority : A Menace for Workplaces

Abstract

It is unfortunate for an efficient employee in all respect to survive in a workplace with system full of corrupt practices and ill will towards its employees .The work environment and culture is of such kind do not miss opportunity for deprivation of service benefits or delay the amenities available. The study in hand is the realistic work and observation made during the workplaces' working hours which enables the policy maker to make timely changes in the impartment of authority power and the selection of right person for right jobs.
