State Bank of India is the largest bank of Indian public sector bank. It is imperative to know about the financial performance of SBI from 2012- 2013 to 2021-2022. State Bank of India growth and development were based on key responsibility areas of deposit mobilization, Borrowing, NPA, profitability and productivity. Deposit mobilization is a primary function of a commercial bank. Banks are the service institutions, which supply lubricants in the form of loans and advances to the industry, trade, and commerce of the country for their smooth functioning. In view of this the study set out to apply Credit Deposit Ratio. The Researcher Conclude that during the period of from 2012-2013 to 2021-2022 of the State Bank Of India Covered Officers, Associates, Subordinate Staff & Others are Increased from March 2021 to March2022. Based on the above study the growth an performance of the State Bank of India is Good Performance. The State Bank of India to avoid to penalty from public that time the deposit will be increased
