In an era where organizational success hinges on the caliber of its workforce, this research seeks to unravel the intricacies of IndiHire, an industry leader in recruitment and selection. The study delves into the core methodologies that define IndiHire's approach, focusing on the customized strategies employed in their recruitment processes. Additionally, it explores the nuanced selection methodologies utilized, the strategic integration of technology, and the ongoing evaluation practices that underpin the company's adaptability to the ever-evolving landscape of talent acquisition. This investigation places a spotlight on IndiHire's prowess in crafting tailored recruitment strategies. By intricately aligning these strategies with the unique cultures and objectives of client organizations, IndiHire seeks to not only attract but also engage and retain top-tier talent. Purpose of Study The primary purpose of this study is to gain a nuanced understanding of IndiHire's recruitment and selection processes. By delving into the company's strategies, the research aims to identify key success factors and areas of innovation. Design Methodology This research adopts a multi-faceted methodology, including interviews with key stakeholders within IndiHire, surveys administered to both clients and placed candidates, and an in-depth analysis of select recruitment projects managed by the company. Originality of Study This study contributes to the existing literature by offering an in-depth exploration of IndiHire's recruitment and selection methodologies, emphasizing the originality of the company's client-centric, technology-driven, and adaptability-focused approach. This study helps the organization to identify the area of problem and suggest way to improve the recruitment and selection process, this study focus on understanding recruitment and selection process. Convenient sampling is used in this study. The sample size for the study is 100.The tools that are used in this study are Percentage analysis and Chi square test is used.
