Techniques like process mapping and user surveys become crucial for understanding student needs and streamlining workflows. The abstract delves into potential re-engineering methods, suggesting a blend of Continuous Improvement for ongoing optimization and potentially Agile project management for tackling specific service improvements. By implementing these tools, techniques, and methods, government first-grade colleges can re-engineer their library services to become more efficient, user-centric, and a vital resource for student success.
