Title

A study of HR practices and its impact on employee performance in insurance sector

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the impact of HR practices on employee performance in insurance sector. Convince method of sampling has been used to collect the sample among the employee working in different insurance companies. In order to examine the relationship between HR practices and employee performance various practices such as carrier planning, performance appraisal, training and development and employee involvement has been discussed. The result of the study indicates that all the HR practices of insurance companies have a significant and positive impact on employee performance.
