This paper explores the concept of "Employpreneurship" as a means to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset and behaviors within startups. Employpreneurship refers to the practice of encouraging employees to think and act like entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, initiative, and ownership within the organizational framework. Drawing on literature from entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and startup management, this study examines the significance of employpreneurship in driving startup success and competitiveness. It delves into strategies for implementing employpreneurial practices, challenges encountered, and the implications for startup culture and performance.
