The paper offers a solution for visually impaired people(blind people) to assist them in moving around different environments safely and independently. The system is based on the capacity of Raspberry Pi, a camera module, and ultrasonic sensors will offer real-time feedback for more user comprehension. Putting a camera into motion implies creating a map of the environment, while ultrasonic patients are being used to prevent obstacles, that means the analysis of the tactical situation is totally comprehensive. The algorithms of the Smart Cap have the distinct ability to process the data it receives from the camera and the ultrasonic sensors then it generates auditory and haptic feedback for the visually impaired person. This SmartCap is rigorously validated for obstacle detection and to aid spatial navigation.
