Abstract

There is an impact of Online market on the improvement of customers’ satisfaction in retail companies. However, it fails to directly address the crucial aspect of consumer trust, which is a fundamental component influencing customer satisfaction in online markets. Consumer trust plays a pivotal role in shaping purchasing behavior and satisfaction levels in online transactions. In the absence of trust, customers may hesitate to engage in online transactions, leading to decreased satisfaction and potentially harming the business's reputation. Therefore, it overlooks the critical dimension of consumer trust in the online shopping experience. Understanding how Online market influences consumer trust is essential for comprehensively assessing its impact on customer satisfaction and informing strategies for improving trustworthiness in online retail environments.
