Title

A study on- WORKLIFE BALANCE AMONG UNIVERSITY TEACHERS

Abstract

University teachers face challenges balancing work and personal life due to heavy workloads and lack of support. Strategies include setting boundaries, delegating tasks, and institutional support like flexible work arrangements and stress management training. Balancing both can enhance well-being, job satisfaction, and productivity in higher education.
