Abstract

In today's highly competitive business market, the relationship between Human Resources Management (HRM) and the success of any organization has become increasingly vital. As businesses strive to maintain a competitive edge, the effective management of human resources emerges as a cornerstone of sustained success. This report explores the critical role of Human Resources Management (HRM) in enhancing employees' performance within organizations. It delves into the multifaceted functions of HRM that contribute to fostering a conducive work environment and maximizing employee potential. The report examines the importance of promoting employee performance from the perspective of organizational success, productivity, and innovation. Various strategies employed by HRM to nurture and enhance employee performance are discussed, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, rewards systems, and career development initiatives. The benefits of effective HRM practices in terms of improved morale, reduced turnover rates, and better alignment with organizational goals are highlighted.
