Various factors contribute to drug abuse among teenagers, including peer pressure, family environment, genetics, and socio-economic status. Understanding these factors is crucial for designing effective prevention and intervention strategies. The paper also discusses the role of schools, parents, and healthcare professionals in addressing drug abuse among teenagers. Additionally, it highlights the importance of early detection and intervention to prevent long-term negative consequences. Future research directions and policy implications are also discussed to address this pressing issue effectively.
