Transactions that take place across international borders are extremely important to India's economy since they aid in the facilitation of international commerce, investment, and financial flows. Through the prism of international business and treaty law, this article offers an analysis of transactions that take place across international borders in India. The study investigates the complications and difficulties that are connected with conducting business across international boundaries by undertaking an analysis of the legal frameworks that regulate cross-border transactions. These frameworks include the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), regional agreements, and national laws. Furthermore, the article investigates the role that treaty law, specifically Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs), plays in reducing the negative effects of double taxation and fostering international commerce and investment. The article provides insights into the developing dynamics of cross-border transactions in India by conducting a comprehensive assessment of relevant literature, case studies, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the research underlines the consequences for firms, policymakers, and the economy as a whole.
