Abstract
This paper study about productivity of labour. Construction industry plays very important role in economy of country, and in construction industry labours is important factor and plays very important role in construction. The success of any construction project is depend upon the resources, material and labour productivity. Labour productivity is depend on or affected by various factors. For this study various factors affect labour productivity are identified and this factors are analyse by using the Fuzzy TOPSIS method.
