Flexible pavement systems play a crucial role in modern transportation infrastructure, demanding materials that enhance structural integrity and durability. This study explores the potential of utilizing coconut shell can improve the indirect tensile strength and static creep behavior while coconut fibre can increase the stability, skid resistance and resilient modulus as a sustainable alternative in flexible pavement construction. This investigation gives the use of the coconut shell 10mm size replacing with 10mm size coarse aggregate so that the usage of conventional aggregates should be reduced. And also coconut fibre cut into small pieces 5% replacing with filler .This paper explains the suitability of coarse aggregate replacing with coconut shell and also coconut fibre replacing with filler at different percentages.
