This research paper has been written to reflect upon the principles of natural justice and its application in our Indian Constitution. These principles are of universal in nature. The principles of equity, justice and good conscience are the basic rules that must be followed to provide speedy justice. This research paper relies heavily upon landmark judgements and case laws in many aspects like for instance to state the basic elements of natural justice. Various constitutional provision are also mentioned that further strengthen the belief that these principles are present in our Indian Constitution and to showcase the development of such principles with reference to our Constitution.
