Aahar, Nidra, Brahmacharya are the three mainstays of solid life. So idea of Aahar is stressed for bigger scope in Ayurved. In Ayurveda, dietary guidelines are expounded as Aharvidhividhan.When food is eaten by dietary standards (Aharvidhividhan) then start of Jatharagni and appropriate absorption of food is ensured. Aahar-rasa is the result of processed food material which is made out of supplements of seven Dhatus. Aahar-rasa after its retention from Grahani affected by Jatharagni, Pachak pitta is shipped off course from heart for Dhatuposhan.Rasa dhatu is first dhatu which is being sustained from Aahar-rasa. After well sustenance of Rasa dhatu the further progressive Dhatu will be supported from Rasa Dhatu. As Rasa Dhatu is first Dhatu getting renewed from ahar rasa, dealing with Rasa Dhatu by following adjusted diet is significant.
