This research delves into the trends and dynamics of India's textile sector, analysing data from 2010 to 2024. Utilising secondary data from sources like the CMIE Prowess database and government reports, the study examines factors such as factory numbers, employment, income, and export values for raw cotton, silk, wool, jute, and readymade textiles. Quantitative analysis techniques, including trend analysis and comparative analysis, reveal patterns, fluctuations, and growth opportunities. Findings indicate stable industrial activity, significant growth in net income and gross value added, and notable fluctuations in export values of different textile commodities. Insights highlight challenges such as market volatility and infrastructure constraints, offering strategic recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders to enhance competitiveness and sustain growth in India's Textile Industry
