This paper examines the construction and significance of religious spaces in Gujarat between 1200 and 1600 AD. It argues that these spaces, including mosques, mausoleums, and Sufi shrines, served not only as places of worship but also as social, cultural, and economic centre's. By analysing their architectural features, historical context, and inscriptions, we gain valuable insights into the religious landscape of Gujarat during this period.
