Abstract: This research paper systematically evaluates the impact of physiotherapy interventions on the management of chronic diseases from a public health standpoint. It identifies specific areas where existing data are limited, underlining the necessity for further targeted research. The paper investigates potential collaborations between physiotherapy and public health disciplines to address the challenges posed by chronic conditions. By reviewing extensive literature, it highlights the critical role of physiotherapy in preventing, treating, and rehabilitating major chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, respiratory conditions, and hypertension. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on leveraging physiotherapy expertise to enhance patient outcomes and support public health initiatives in chronic disease care.
