Title

A Study on Impact of Employee Job Satisfaction on Organization Performance Case of Nalvetha Cast Steel Private Limited

Abstract

This study examines the connection between job satisfaction and organizational performance within a steel company context. Workplace contentment is a critical factor influencing employee motivation, engagement, and productivity, which are essential components of organizational success. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from employees across various departments within the steel company. Quantitative data analysis includes correlation and regression techniques to explore the extent to which job satisfaction predicts organizational performance indicators such as efficiency, quality, and profitability. Qualitative analysis offers a more profound understanding of mechanisms through which job satisfaction impacts organizational outcomes. Findings suggest a direct link between job satisfaction and organizational performance metrics, highlighting the importance of employee satisfaction as a strategic lever for enhancing overall company performance. The implications regarding these discoveries for management strategies in the steel industry are discussed, emphasizing the importance of fostering a nurturing work environment that places a high value on the well-being and happiness of employees to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
