E – BANKING SERVICES OF PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS IN SIVAKASI
Abstract
The banking sector plays an important role in the economic development of any country. In the industrial and economic development, its transactions are multiplied day by day. The banking sector should update technology regularly to improve their services. Due to the hectic competition the banks offer various innovative services to their customers. E-Banking services is one of the prominent and attractive services provided by the public sector banks. For this purpose of the study the researcher has used both primary and secondary data. Primary data have been gathered from the customers of private banks in the study area. The researcher has collected data from the 60 sample respondents for the research study. The researcher used statistical tools like percentage analysis and weighted arithmetic mean and garret ranking technique to analyse the e-banking services of public banks in the study area.
