Title

STUDY OF VARIATION OF INDUCTIVE REACTANCE OF MICROSTRIPLINE WITH WIDTH OF METAL STRIPLINE AND HEIGHT OF DIELECTRIC SUBSTRATE

Abstract

There are various structures having peculiar characteristic features useful for propagation of electromagnetic waves through different modes using there propagation characteristics various devices have been designed for sending signals from one place to another remote place . In the age of modern science and technology radio , television , telegraphs , satellites , cell phones & mobiles are used . Two wire transmission lines , co - axial cables and waveguides were significant system for Communication of waves having different frequencies or wave- lengths . Microwave Integrated circuits have changed. These systems in present days replacing these bulky & Costly systems with planar striplines , microstriplines & their variants which are light weight , cheap , less lossy & easily replaceable . Computer aided designs make them to fabricate using metal strips & dielectric substrates .Microstriplines havebeen proved to be more significant in communicating signals in the remote corner of the world . The present works aims at the study a variation of inductive reactance characteristics with width of metal stripline and height of dielectric substrate material in different frequency ranges . Use of such structure brings the world closer together by linking the satellites & networking . This also makes the information technology too much smart and intelligent .
