Title

Evolvement of Teacher Training Programme in Indian Indoctrination

Abstract

The study examined to analyse the evolution of teacher training programs in India, highlighting the impact of policy reforms, technological advancements, and global educational trends. It analyses the changes, pedagogical innovations, and institutional frameworks to improve teacher training quality. In this study, the researcher followed different documents and government data to unify the documents. The aim of the study is to discuss the past and present situation of teacher education programs in India. Lastly, it discusses the challenges like infrastructural deficits, policy implementation gaps, and socio-cultural, etc. barriers that hinder its efficacy. The research synthesizes insights from policy documents and academic literature and proposes strategic interventions for sustainable improvement. Key recommendations include integrating technology in training, continuous professional development, and aligning teacher education with contemporary educational needs and global standards.
