Title

Targeted NGS Proteomics analysis on M342R Mutation and 17+1mer Oligonucleotide with Triplet GGT

Abstract

With an emphasis on the M342R mutation's consequences in cancer, this work offers a multifaceted investigation of the structural and functional properties of the zinc finger domain of the human tumour protein WT1(+KTS form). This work use a combination of genetic profiling and structural analysis to clarify important features of the Wilms tumour protein and pinpoint possible treatment targets. The work investigates the intricate three-dimensional structure of the mutant M342R WT1 protein sample M342R Mutation and 17+1mer Oligonucleotide with Triplet GGT, highlighting molecular interactions and finding putative drug-target locations. It does this by using sophisticated structural visualisation tools such as RasMol and PyMOL.Next-generation sequencing techniques, such biological network analysis with the STRING database, provided information about specific interventions in the protein's ancestry. The structural robustness of the protein model was validated by ERRAT and SAVES validation.Computational analysis and creating pipeline, such as biological network analysis using the STRING database offered insights into targeted interventions in the ancestry of the protein sample analysis. Validation of model via ERRAT and SAVES confirmed the structural robustness of the protein model, reinforcing the reliability of the findings. This comprehensive approach provides valuable insights into WT1 role in Wilms tumor cancer formation and progression and underscores its potential as a therapeutic target for improving patient outcomes.
