After demonetization and COVID 19 pandemic, India is becoming more independent and cashless economy. Digitalization and growth in e-commerce companies act as a catalyst in enhancing the role of digital payment. which represents the significant shift towards financial inclusion. The focus of this research paper is to study about the factors influencing digital payment and the level of satisfaction among women towards mobile payment application. This paper is based on the structured questionnaire of 105 respondents. The finding of the research concluded that Ease of use, faster transaction and availability of infrastructure are the major factors which are influencing digital payment in India and Paytm is found to be the most used mobile payment application for Digital payment. Increased acceptance at stores and lower transaction fees are the major factors which are encouraging women to use mobile payment application more frequently.
