Many project suffer time and cost overruns due to improper planning, scheduling, estimation and execution work result in several issue delay in providing facilities, development reduction in quality of construction and Making the Project more expansive. The Present construction Project of “construction of medical collage & Hospital, Jalgaon” this Project hostel, Residental. Hospial, Recreational, Academic there are different zone of construction Part of area. The study deals with the Planning scheduling, controlling and tracking from the part hostel Zone in building Boys Hostel The Project whose construction is in Progress is schedule Primavera P6 for Planning vist was conducted at the site and completion to collect The relevant data time to time so that Proper input could be incorporated in the software. Report in Primavera P6 are obtained regarding network chart, activity , Gantt chart use of each resource in the entire schedule is also determined which enable the planner to exactly identify the requirement of the Particular labour in a per schedule as well as activity. This was concluded to be quiet helpful building construction involving difficulties in planning.
